WD Rebates?

I sent off my rebate for $70 about 3 weeks or so ago.. and it still isn't showing up in WD's system..

are they good about rebates?? grr..
 
im sure WD has outsourced the rebate processing
most rebates go to like 3 different companies or something.
give it more time
check back in a week or 2.

I did get my 2 x $100 rebates for the Outpost 250 GB Hot Deal, but it took a couple of months.

I don't know if a couple of free controller cards and about $30/drive (vs. Newegg prices) is really worth the stress of such huge rebates though.
 
Heh...that reminds me. I'm waiting for my rebate on the 80 gig HD I just bought a couple weeks ago. Completely forgot about it until I read this thread. 😱
