WD Raptors are sweet!

The feel a lot more snappy with the new drive - anything that does heavy caching or HDD access is much more responsive. Totally worth the money!

edit:
For the record, the OSX installed has amazing data migration built-in. The thing automatically copied all my stuff from the old drive onto the new one. I'm talking about all settings, email, junkmail rules, bookmarks... everything.

funny... i actually just downgraded my HD from a raptor (had a 36GB... needed more space and didn't feel like putting the money down for a +73GB raptor) and haven't really noticed a difference.
