These drives really don't run that hot, probably around that of most 7200RPM drives. As long as your HD rack is with fresh air or you have decent airflow in your case it should be fine.
 
Another reply for no problem. Treat it like any other 7200 rpm drive. These drives only have one platter in them, so that contributes to their low (for a 10k rpm drive) temps and relatively quiet seeks.
