WD Raptor vs AHA-2940U2 Atlas 10K

So I am building a new box, and have a AHA-2940U2 hard (OEM) with an Atlas 10K drive. I am planning on getting a WD 76gb raptor drive either way, I just wanted to know what drive would be faster to run the OS and games (WoW) off of. I can't find any solid information on how to two would compare performance wise. Any thoughts?

If your board has native SATA support then I would use the Raptor. IMO you are better off by a good 7200RPM SATA drive instead of the Raptor, and BTW it comes 74Gb or 36 Gb.
