I saw someone talking about a new model number WDBAAZ0020HNC-NRSN and sure enough i went to the WD website and their store and that is the model of the 2TB Caviar black drives they are selling, anyone know what the deal is with them or seen reviews or have any more information in general? So far it looks like the cache is 32mb, why would they go back to that, hmm

My old man just bought a 1TB worst company imo Seagate / Maxtor but of course its shows 900GB so 2TB would be 1800GB.

How much was that thing anyway ?

I read somewhere that they weigh less, so I'm wondering, do they have a higher platter density, where could I find out that information, sounds like they may be a lower profile.

AFAIK they’re the same as the other Blacks, just with a reduced cache.
