This is an "engineered deal", on their 4TB MyCloud Home (NEW), and a pair of their cheapest drives, the WD Elements 1TB Portable External.
Both of these items currently have a "Save 20% off of 3+" discount.
Add the 4TB MyCloud Home, then add 2x WD Elements 1TB Portable External to Cart, then check it. It should show "20% off" applied to your cart, and should show the appropriate discount of $47.xx when paying.

Effectively, this doesn't make the 4TB MyCloud cheaper, but it does give you a pair of 1TB (REFURB) WD Elements Portable External drives for effectively $10 for the pair, or $5 ea. Seems like still a deal.

So, around the same price as BestBuy, when all is said and done, but you end up with 2x WD Elements 1TB Portable External HDDs (REFURB), too.
Edit: There's a third-party vendor, that looks like they're just a WD refurb drop-ship intermediary, but they're selling a 4TB EX2 Ultra for $197.xx, and a 6TB EX2 Ultra for $204.xx, approx. Also, REFURB. Those might be better deals.
