WD MyBook Essential bad sectors

So, I have a WD MyBook Essential 1TB (USB 2.0) external drive with bad sectors (HD Tune says: reallocated sector count: 192/192/1400). I tried HHD regenerator, zero-write, nothing works. Can it be fixed or should I just replace it? Is it possible that the error is from SATA-to-USB adaptor inside (the drive inside is WD green wd10eads)?

What do the Data Lifeguard Diagnostics say? 192 is an awfully suspicious value. If the WD tools give you a >0 reallocated sector count, replace it. If it is out of warranty, you could probably just replace the drive (I'd avoid pure AF drives, though).
