WD HDDs Dying. Still Under Warranty. Problems..

So i went to WD site to check if I could replace a couple dying hard drives. So fay one is still covered though to 2014. Great.

Now the problems:
1. I try and get more information about this, and it tells me I need to register the device in order to do this. Fine..
2. In order to register the device I need to make an account. Thats fine.. lets make an account.
3. This message pops up when I'm at their sign in page "If you do not have an account, one will be created for you upon your first purchase."


Edit: Finally found my way though their mini maze

I had a 1.5GB external WD drive go bad on me after 6 months. The good news is that they replaced it with a faster drive, which has been fine for about 2 years now. Good luck.
