Cheapest Ive ever seen...theres a Samsung EcoGreen at the same price if you look for it. Im assuming these are the lower speed 5xxx RPM drives. Seagate has a .11 7200RPM for 88$ after bing if you want faster.

Also a Hitachi "deathstar" 1TB 7200RPM for 63$ after bing if you cant dig up enough cash.

Yes, I think some sites proved it... or at least all the drives that were tested always ran 5400RPM. I suppose someone may come up with a WD Green drive that doesn't, but so far that hasn't happened.
