WD Datalifeguard drive clone failed :(

Used WD's Datalifeguard DOS floppy to clone my old drive to my new drive.

After the copy, powered down, disconnected old drive, set jumper on new drive to master, put on primary IDE master channel.

Restarted and after 'Verifying DMI Pool data' nothing. Doesn't even seem like it tried to access the drive, hard drive light did not come on at all, however BIOS detected the drive.

Is there something else I needed to do? Is there a problem because this drive is larger than 137GB ? I have Win2k with SP4.
