WD Caviar Blacks Raid 0 is there something wrong here?

My ssd bit the dust so I returned it today and have resorted back to regular mechanical drives.

I am running 3 640gb WD Caviar Blacks in raid 0 and I am curious if I am about in line with what my performance should be. I have also short stroked the drives down to roughly 25% of their maximum capacity.

I left everything at default I believe stripe was 128kb? I had a ssd before and it just died so I replaced it with these drives. So does it look about like I am getting the performance I should?
