WD Black WD6402AAEX or SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ in RAID0 on AMD 890fx

I'm debating on using either

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152185

or

Western Digital Caviar Black WD6402AAEX 640GB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136544

I will buy two of them and use them in a RAID0 config on a AMD 890fx board.
I am more interested in speed than storage space.
I have looked at some reviews on SATA II vs SATA III HDD and they pretty much conclude that there is little to no advantage for the SATA III. However, these test are done on a single drive and these were done mostly on Marvell controllers.
Does anyone know of some benches done on the AMD SB850 in a RAID0 setup?

Also any advice would be appreciated.

Edit: So I was looking around the WD forum and found this. http://community.wdc.com/t5/Desktop/WD-Black-drives-in-RAID/td-p/7711 So, I guess the WD option is out.
