Saw this in this mornings paper.

HD $139.99 - $40.00 Manufactor MIR - $30.00 CC MIR = $69.99.

They don't advertise that it is the 8MB cache verision, but list part #WD800JBRTL as the part # on the ad. Searched CC website and shows this part # as the 8MB version.

I did a search and didn't find any posts about this, if so sorry in advance.

I got on with this same deal a month ago. I was even lucky enough to PM it to Microcenter and get an extra $20 off.

However those 2 rebates expired on the 8th.

I also dont see the deal in their online paper ad.

I found the $40 MIR in the REBATES section on Circuit City's page, but as has already been said, the coupon expired on 8 Feb.

This deal is officially NOT HOT.

In many areas, the Sunday flyers come out on Saturday... thats how I got my post up with the entire ad. (No scanner though unfortunately).

OK, cool. Not a bad deal on a nice drive. And it's the retail version too! "Free" IDE cable. But a three year warranty too, as opposed to the one year OEM warranty. Nice.

Sorry I wasn't a little more clear. I get Sunday's ads on Saturday from my home delivery. Deal does start on Sun. 3-2.
