review looks good, little cheaper than the 750gb seagate.. both has 5 year warranty
.50/wd vs .56/seagate (lowest I can find)

WD happens to perform a little better.. i'm looking to buy within the next few hours..
 
I'd assume it's based off the excellent 400 GB version, so i'd go for it 🙂
