I got a pretty good deal at Circuit City. A Western Digital 40gig, 7200, ATA/100 for $139 at Circuit City. (model WD400BRTL) The shelf sticker said it was on sale. When I went the the checkout, it rang up for $169 but they gave me the price of the shelf sticker. Cheapest one on pricewatch was $159. Maybe you can find one at your Circuit City.

Do Good Guys sell hard drives? If they do, they give a 200% pricematch. This would be a great item to do it on.

I don't think Goodguys sells computers and computer peripherals anymore. From what I remember, they decided to focus on the home entertainment industry. This is from what I remember, for my local Goodguys anyways. Other's might be different.
