Saw this today when I was in my local Sam's. 7% sales tax where I live put this at $106.9x, or around $26.94 per terabyte.
Its not the cheapest per terabyte cost, but its the cheapest you'll find a new 4 TB hard disk. I don't know if they're shuckable or not, if they are, they'll be a good buy for building a storage server as long as you're willing to buy one or two extra for replacement drives.
They have a two-year warranty.
The drives are just WD Greens, apparently, just formatted one for my Linux fileserver - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236604
