WD 2TB black x2 Raid 0 cannot boot

While I'm waiting for 3rd Gen SSD drives to drop, I put together the above setup to run the OS. Any idea why this drive is showing up as Non Bootable? I thought we were past these bios limitations. I'm using Win 7 Enterprise. What am I missing here.
