edit: These are on sale for the same price with the same amount of rebate 4/22-4/28.

Cirucit City has Western Digital 250GB SATA or PATA for $94.99 less $35 MIR = $59.99. Free shipping or buy in-store. 3/18-3/24

I'm sure that CC will be happy to sell you as many as you want... But... The rebate was limit 1.

Both are on sale at CC again 4/22-4/28 for the same $59.99 AR price. Still involves $35 MIR.

Thanks for posting this allisolm.

Just a heads up for those who dont like rebates, or paying sales tax on the retail price, Newegg has the SATA OEM version, for $10 more, no rebates, free shipping. (I checked, Newegg does charge sales tax to California, Tennessee and New Jersey, so only good for some.)
Apples to oranges, I know, but an option for some, where sales tax is high, and tax brings price up to close to the Newegg $69.00 price point.

EDIT: Newegg "says" the OEM has 3 year warranty, and 1 year for retail version. Dunno if this is true universally.

For Western Digital, yes.
Inside the retail kits, they provide an option (16$) to upgrade to 3 years.
