WD 200 Gb hard drive

Can I use that hard drive without PCI card that comes with that drive? Will I lose any space?

If you have WinXP's sp1 you should be able to use the entire drive, if your hardware supports it. Check your hardware (I won't ask since you don't seem to want to give adequate information and even if you did I wouldn't want to look it up for you ).
