WCPUID and CUSL2-C Problem???

I finished re-building my secondary computer yesterday. After I had everything installed I went to look to tweak. When I used WCPUID, I get strange readings. When I got the chipset information screen. It tells me my AGP version is 0.4 and all the boxes for sidebanding, fast write, etc are greyed out.

Any ideas???
