Tried to PM to gogamer.com but staples did not allow it??? anyone know on how to do this.

with www.gogamer.com to our item 489672 WarCraft III. For the following reason: gogamer.com would
not give me the MFG ID # over the phone which is a requirement and therefor no pricematch.
