Got a full stack of MCM tasks for my newly-built 5900X rig.

Interestingly, with a full stack of PrimeGrid GFN17 tasks, my all-core clock speeds were only around base clock, or 3.75Ghz, but with MCM tasks, my all-core clock speeds are around 4.35Ghz.

I currently have 307 running and 8400 downloaded ready to start. Its finally doing something !

This is spread out on 13 boxes.

And notice... I have windows, linux, and a rasberry all running WCG, just like before.

Not sure, as I have not counted all the boxes, but I had a circuit breaker blow do to the new load of WCG on 2 boxes that did not have it before. and now it looks like they are ramping up.

Are stats working for their website? BOINC says 5000 points, website says 0

I hated spamming the retry download to get the transfers to complete, but it's hard when all the data you need to start working would fit on a 512k floppy
I haven't been able to get more than a few tasks, but the results are showing up on stats reporting sites for me...

OK, my current load continues to diminish, and now I have hundreds of stuck uploads, so its still not really fixed.

WCG has said they are trying to share more info about issues and progress.

I've read a bit and it think they still have network / bandwidth issues even.

I also think they are not prepared for all the compute power coming their way. The last few years of more cores / ect for the many is impressive!

I'm also afraid that for many larger institutions that the effort for supporting "d.c." is not worth the supporting overhead.

Cloud has been growing fast and cheap...
