Yeah, you may remember I planned to build a case. Unfortunately, it's proving to be cost prohibitive. Plus, I'm going to college in another year, meaning a small dorm room. Either that, or college will mean access to some nice machines to help make the case. Therefore, for now...
Chenming 601A Black Entry-Level Server Case...

Since I have no completely given up on modding, the case is going to be painted reflective black on the metal areas, and have an extra 80mm fan taking the bottom four or so expansion slots, have a 120mm fan added to the front area, and have two 120mm holes drilled through the bottom, then reinforced with steel bars to prevent flex.
The PSU will be a PC P&C 610W Silencer, to replace my struggling Antec 500W SP-2.0
The case comes with a few 80mm fans for the back... and I will be removing those plastic clips, gonna go oldschool with some screws, washers, and gaskets.
For my fans, I plan on putting in one Yate Loon (blue LED) 38.5 cfm 25.4 dba fan in the front behind the grillework. The radiator, a Swiftech 220, will have two more Yate Loons. Is this going to be enough air coming in the front, or should I step up to the next speed rating? Also, the radiator, I can't decide whether to get the 47cfm/28dba units, or the 70.5cfm/33dba units. I hope to keep this case for a few years, most likely this is going to be a Core 2 Duo for a while, then the next will be most likely be Penryn. My current video card is a 7600GS; this summer I may get an ATI HD2900XT. Would the radiator be able to manage running a high-clocked Core 2 Duo and a 2900XT (65nm of course)? Could it run it with the lower fans, or just the higher fans? The pump will be a Laing DDC-2 / Swiftech MCP-355, WITHOUT a modded top. The modded top may come later, perhaps before watercooling a 2900XT. For now, to save money, I wouldn't get the modded top. Anybody got an idea whether it would work?
For a GPU block, I am looking at a Danger Den Low Profile Maze4, or Maze4. Not sure if low profile matters... For CPU block, I would prefer universal. I am looking at either an AquaXtreme IceFloe, or an AquaXtreme MP-01. By the pictures, the MP-01 has better interior pinwork. The IceFloe is cheaper, and I like the see-through feature. Which one is better; performance is more important than 8 dollars or seeing moving water. Another last note; the radiator will be sucking air in from below the case, which is on feet, and then at the back of the case at the bottom I am putting a Vantec Tornado 80x80x38 fan rated at 84.1cfm/55.2dba, although it will be on a 7V rheostat. That should remove some of the hot air. Oh yes. The reservoir will be a Swiftech MCRES-MICRO.
Thanks for any answers you can give me.
