(wbk38 hs w/ y.s tech 26cfm) or (pal6035 w/ 28 cfm) best perf?

Can anyone tell me which one will have the best performance? Price wise its close but the pal is a bit more expensive but I've stopped caring, I just want the better of the two. Probably will purchase the pal at phamcomputer or the 'wak32' at kdcomputers.

BTW, this is for getting my Duron 700 FULLY stable at 950.

Probably almost exactly the same. I would guess the alpha is a little better though. After taking away the high speed fans from a globalwin heatsink, its not very effective. Plus the alpha sucks air instead of blowing out. I think, from reading old heatsink reviews, this helps in cooling.
