Why yes, everybody does that this or that time. But that's nothing compared to threads where new members say goodbye, I'm leaving for a holiday and then I'm back. They can only be forgiven if they post some cool pics.

No, I like new members. I'm relatively new myself compared to quite many members here. I don't think there's a problem with flaming new members. It only happens when they post some nOOb-type threads.
