What software (or utility) you use to speed up a computer depends on what is making it run slow. To use software / utilities that are specific to you problem you need to know what the problem is.

The "We can fix everything" software / utilities will try to repair everything, including stuff that isn't a problem, and may screw up something that is perfectly OK.

As corkyg says, we (and you) need more information about what is actually the problem.
