Ways to find motherboard info

What are the ways to find what kind of motherboard is in Win2000 and Win2003 servers if reboot is NOT an option?
Should I install some kind of utillity and which one do you prefer?

Best way is to open up the case and look for markings on the motherboard itself .... and sometimes .... SiSoft Sandra can be usefull, if you cannot opet the case.
