Why did you throw up...?

I'm an atheist, but I do mental meditation some times. It really helps me out with social anxiety. Deep breathing, picturing serenity, and listening to something soothing for a good 20 minutes a day does wonders for your mental health.

Calm down, man... :(

I am a lot better now thanks guys

and for those of you wondering what it is, I cannot say much at this point, but I am going in front of a few development execs to present the final business plan for a product I have been working on for the last year non stop.
