Way to view smartphone battery level on tablet?

I'm about 99.99% certain that there's no way to do it with iOS. Though, in iOS, your connected Bluetooth devices can display their battery levels in the notification pull-down.

Well... I know I can see the battery level of my phone connected through MightyText on my PC, but I'm not sure if that could be seen via tablet.
