On Google I found the Denon Pro DN-202WR, but the reviews are pretty poor. I found a few others, but reviews are also pretty bad. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment so I can't go around drilling holes everywhere. I'd like something I could move around room to room with a 1/4 XLR for my headphones. I don't need a speaker, or rather that would be separate. I'm just looking for something with a 1/4 input that can steam my music over Wifi. A few others I found don't have reviews and are brand I've never heard of. I don't want to stream from a receiver, it will be off my PC.

What would be the best way to accomplish this?

1. Headphones connected to your phone (blutooth or wired) that's connected to your computer via Plex. (Best sound, pretty cheap if you already have an smartphone.)

2. Sennheiser RS 180's. (limited range, but should probably be fine in your apartment.)

How about your phone? -_-

Bluetooth will cut out one room away, so at best you will need wifi, or you can just have your music on the phone itself. So use a cell phone!

Another vote for cell phone. My kids and I are using old phones connected via wifi to my Serviio server. Perfect way to repurpose old phones instead of throwing them away.
