See my the spec of my pc below. I use to run my pc off a Antec 303XP 300watt PSU. Now since then I have upgraded some parts and the PSU to a Antec True480w and am using a UPS that says it has 200watts. Would my use of energy and bill be higher because of that? Is all those rated watts being used at those maxes or is my system using only what it needs from the electricity?
