Way to Monitor Temperature?

Hi folks - I have an MSI x800-128 card, actually this is my third, that is starting to artifact in WoW. The first started this after 4 months, the second was DoA, the third is now starting the same behavior after only a month.

Is there a way to see if there is some temperature problem? The case temp stays pretty much steady at: Mobo 38c/100F; CPU 37c/99F so I don't think it is a heat problem but I want to make sure.

The temp does not show up in Everest or the monitor tool that came with my Epox 9NPA+Ultra.

Use Ati Tool to measure the video card's temperature. If it doesnt show it then you don't have a temp sensor on the card.
