Way to chop up large mp3?

Anyone know of a program that will allow you to chop up a huge mp3 into individual tracks? I have some trance mp3s that are like 100MBs, and they burn as one track. I'd like to be able to skip around by having, say 10 10MB tracks. Can anyone suggest anything?

There is a program called mp3 splitter which is on www.download.com but that is only effective up to about 3 or 4 splits. I have the same problem with my trance mp3's. You can also use nero and set the limits of the track you want to record. I have begun to use that since mp3 splitter is sometimes hard to use.

I have nero also. How is it done?
