WAY OT: Who works with Great Plains - I need Info!

The company that I work for uses it, I'm not that familiar with it, but I know the person who is. I can talk with him next week, as he used to be a consultant working on Great Plains. I'm sure he would know of, or know how to find out a good consultant.

The V.P. at the consulting firm I used to work for does Great Plains consulting. He's left that firm, too, but I believe he still does a lot of that work. Has been doing Great Plains for at least 6-7 years.

I'll try and contact him tomorrow.

Yes I am aware of that, problem is I don't want to be a Accounting/ERP software consultant. I need just cold hard facts about its needs and find a Accounting/ERP software consultant to do the customization. Its software, that means that it inherantly has the ability to work, I can figure that out and I can probably gets this this built, migrated and functioning, but its going to take someone familiar with the accounting process to really make it work for them. Thanks for that link though.
