I noticed it first on my DVI LCD..... Bumped up the refresh rate to 70hz (from 60) and it dissapeared. Now my other Analog LCD is doing it....

Both LCD's are Dell 1703fp's (one analog/one DVI) and i have a Sapphire ATI Radeon 9700.

Any ideas?
 
Fixed it.... Dropped the Analog to 60hz and left the DVI at 70 🙂
 
Probably interference, it will be more noticeable at some refresh rates than others due to the frequency of the interference.
