Wavy lines in video on new Falcon XBox 360

I got a new 360 on replacement of my launch 360 which RROD'd.

Bought the arcade version (kept old HDD) and bought the cheap $10 component cables from BB to replace the composite cables which are stock.

However, I'm seeing a bit of wavy lines in the video. Not horrible, but most visible in text. Looks like when you haven't aligned the printer heads and you try to print straight lines, some sections of the line are jagged. Not really noticeable in games tho with all that's going on.

I have a Rear projection HDTV. I don't see it in anything else, not with old 360 either. Re-aligned TV and no changes. Any ideas on this? Could the cheap cables be causing this, or is there an issue w/ the Xbox itself....? I really really do not want to go Falcon hunting again.

did you use component cables with the old 360? It could be the cheap cables. Try buying some better ones and if the problem is still there take them back. How do games look?
