"wavy" lines and the GF3 Ti200 cards

I used the MSI,PNY, and Gainward Ti200 cards, and they all would cause my 21" FD Trinitron to produce wavy lines (shimmering effect) that was very fait, but noticable to my eyes on occasion. I tried at least 10 different versions of the detonators and no change. At one time I thought my Klipsch sub was causing interference, but I moved it and no change. I then received my leadTek Ti4400 yesterday. The 2D quality is much better than the GF3 Ti200's I had in here. No more "wavy" lines moving on my monitor on occasion either. I am sure it had something to do with the Ti200 low pass filters?

Anyone else experience 2D problems with the GF3's?
