looking for a program that converts wave file into cd files which will then be burnt onto a disk. should do direct conversion, and not involve an mp3 intermedate.

All burning programs burn wav files directly because wav files are just cda with a file header.

So to spell it out for you , just use Easy CD Creator, Nero, or whatever burning program you have, and tell it you want to make an audio CD using the .wav files you have, and it will take care of the necessary changes.
