WAV Concatenation

My Plextor wont read my scratched cd all the way, and my liteon drive misses 12 samples at the end (read offset)
i'm ripping all but the last few hundred sectors with my liteon, and the last couple hundred sectors with my plextor

how should i append the plextor ripped WAV to the liteon ripped WAV?


44,100 samples to the second: my liteon drive misses 0.00027210884353741 seconds at the end of the cd...

in DOS try:

COPY file1.wav + file2.wav file3.wav

in DOS try:

COPY file1.wav + file2.wav file3.wav

WAV files have headers that a simple file concatenation wont take care of.
