Wattman (P)ower States voltage and MSI Afterburner Voltages per Power States?

I need to know if there is a way to check what are the voltage MSI Afterburner uses per power states, since MSI AB doesnt allow overclocking only wattman does, or Do I have to set the voltage manually , is there any guide what voltage difference there should be between power states"? any guide?

After playing around with several utilities, I'm quite sure that Afterburner/Gputweak/etc don't give the options to tweak each power state. I prefer just using wattman since its not that difficult. There are a few things to remember on wattman like the power limit settings will not work if you change the speed/voltage from the default settings.

I don't think theres anything to stop you from changing the voltages to whatever you want from my testing.

OCing with Afterburner 4.4 beta 15 works with the latest 17.7.2 driver FYI.
