Waterproof/Water resistant speaker

Im in the market for a speaker that will probably spend most of its time in my bathroom, but Id also like to be able to take it with me to the pool or beach as well as needed. I live in south Florida so its highly likely ill be needing it for the beach at least once in a while. For such purposes i think it would be best to go with something thats completely waterproof.

Anybody have some good suggestions? Money isnt really an issue I need something that sounds good and will be loud enough to hear across the pool. I've had my eye on the altec h20 when I first saw it at a Target, but seems to get mixed reviews so I was hoping I could do better.
 
There are a lot of speakers designed for use under water. Do a Google for Underwater Speakers and see if any meet your need. There are beaucoup of them in several price ranges.
 
After a quick search I was able to find this guide for anyone interested, which helped me narrow down my choices. I decided to stop looking at the altec h20 - now my decision is either the philips shoqbox or the mpow armor. Neither of them are completely waterproof though but i dont really think id ever take it with me underwater anyways. As of right now im leaning towards the philips. its a little more expensive but seems to get better reviews everywhere ive looked. Im probably going to make my purchase today so ill check back in a few days n let everyone know how i like it. :thumbsup:
