Waterfox bookmarks

Where are Waterfox bookmarks and how can I back them up? Some search shows that there are some .json(?) files in this location,
C : \Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xr46n5vo.default\bookmarkbackups
but there is nothing I can do with that. Search comes with limited answers. Sync is not an option.
 
You can save them to HTML format too by pressing Ctrl-Shift-B (or hitting Alt, then navigating to Tools->Bookmarks), then clicking on "Import and Backup" and selecting "Export Bookmarks to HTML...".
