Watercooling

I'm a complete newbie to the idea of watercooling. What kind of activities require someone to go about watercooling their CPU? Also, are there any instructions to learn how to watercool a computer? I dont know the first thing about it :\

No I found them right on the site.

I was able to download each in about 5 mins at about 80kb a sec. If you have dialup though, I guess it's going to be really slow 🙁
