Watercooling Slot 2 PIII Xeons?

These puppies are hotter than the 4th of July! I have the side of my case open right with a 120mm fan blowing on them. This thing is going out in the living room at the end of them month and will be on 24/7. I don't want to hear the noise of 8 fans. I would like to watercool these but I have yet to see a kit for them. The way the motherboard is set up is one slot right under the other. Even if I took the casing off the lower CPU and the heatsink off of the upper CPU, there would only be about 1 inch of clearance in between them. Where can I get waterblocks with the tube fittings mounted on the side of the unit instead of on top? I could always get some thermal epoxy for mounting them. While I'm at it, I mine as well watercool a Radeon 8500. I was an electrical box at Lowes I could practically put my head in. I'd like to put two pumps in it. Do pet stores have any pumps that push more than 120 GPH? Any suggestions on how to do this would be great. I am watercooling a T-bird 1.1 Ghz right now and must say I do not miss a huge heatsink and fan.
