Watercooling setup doesn't fit; a mod, perhaps?

I have the following:
Lang D4
Swiftech Apogee
Double and Single Heatercore
custom PVC res
tubing & clamps

These obviously don't all fit in the average case (I have a sonata II), so I'm looking for ideas as to how I can fit all the water stuff in with my computer hardware. I don't want a seperate case, as I often need access to the inards of my computer. I'd appreciate any suggestions/pics of what to do, right now my thought is a custom case, but that seems like a lot of work. Has anybody incorporated their setup into their desk?

Only one heatcore is neccessary. I have seen the rad mounted up top above the cd rom bays (you have to cut an opening up top and put a radgrillz to make it look nice). The pump placed on the bottom of the case and the res on the outside back of the case. Another possiblity is to have fillport and you will have plenty of room to spare.

The top mount rad works well, I also added a small shelf on the back of my case to set the pump on. I just couldn't sleep at night with the pump close to my drives.
