I found this video review of a DangerDen watercooling kit (on the DangerDen site). I have been reading a lot on the subject lately, and so far have bought a 226watt peltier, but still need to buy the kit as well as the power supply for the TEC.

I thought I'd share this not for the review itself (although it seems decent to me), but so you can get a good idea of what you'll need and how it all goes together. I know it gave me a better understanding to actually see everything. It actually looks really simple.

It's in 2 parts. In Part 1 the guy describes everything that comes in the kit, and in Part 2 he shows how to install it. These are direct links to the .avi files:
Part 1
Part 2

If for some reason you can't get them, follow the link under March 2 called "Find out what Rod thinks": Danger Den Reviews

Also notice that at the end, while he achieved a slightly better than average overclock, the temps were nothing spectacular. If you are seeking extreme cooling and overclocking, you really need the TEC. However, when he fired it up, between the pump and 2 fans, you could barely hear it, so if you are looking for quiet, you've found it here.
