ATM, my cart at Zipzoonfly includes the following

ABIT Core 2 Quad Socket 775 1333MHz PC2-6400 (DDR2-800) ATX IP35 Motherboard Retail ***Free Shipping***

Thermaltake Armor LCS VE2000SWA Aluminum Full Tower Case w/Liquid Cooling System (Silver) Retail ***Free Shipping***

Crucial Technology Ballistix BL2KIT12864AA804 2GB kit DDR2-800 PC2-6400 Memory Retail ***Free Shipping*** X2

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Quad-Core Processor 2.4GHz, 1066FSB, LGA775, 8MB cache Retail ***Free Shipping***

As you see, i am getting that case with the watercooling for the CPU. The watercooling part is more to introduce myself to watercooling then hardcore OC across the board. I basically just want to OC the CPU. I was wondering about a few things.

1. Is it possible to OC the CPU conservatively to about 3.3 and the motherboard being safe?

2. Is there a decent guide to help me OC my CPU?

3. Do i even need to worry about lapping the CPU?

4. Is the watercooling going to give my CPU more life (although, i only plan to keep this system for about 1-2 years.

Thanks in advance to all the help i already have received on these forums and anymore I might get in my process of building a new system.

Wrong forum section to be posting this.

http://forums.anandtech.com/ca...tid=37&flcache=5428094

go there, and then do a little search though the post. Also check my sticky linked at the bottom about general watercooling FAQ's.

Once you done those and if you have any more questions, post a new thread in that forum section, or Drop me a PM.
