watercooling a amd 64 3000 on a msi k8n neo2

Hi,
I'm in sort of a bind. I'm trying to use water cooling and not able to use my bfg 6800 ultra due to the placement of the northbridge on the MB.
The card will not fully seat in the agp slot. It hits the top of the waterblock.
If anyone knows of another really good MB to use instead of the MSI K8N Neo 2, I would really appreciate letting me know.
As it stands now I'm sort of screwed have a video card I that cost me some cash, not able to use it.
Please feel free to give any advice or suggestions, all are more than welcomed
