Water vs. Mineral Spirits in a Liquid cooled system.

I've been thinking about sqitching to an alternate form off cooling for my HD's and processor. When I brought up water cooling to a friend of mine, he suggested the possibly using mineral spirits instead of water (just in case there was a leak, the spirits would quickly evaporate and possibly not harm any components). But I'm not sure if the spirits would have the same cooling capcity as water or if their is really a big difference in viscosty, or if there are any other factors that I may be missing. Also any suggestion other than the us of water in a liquid system would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help!

mineral spirits could also burn 🙂 Though I don't know what ignition temps are for mineral spirits.

It would also still short of devices on the board, probably causing nearly as much damage anyway.
