Water pictures?

I was at the mall a couple days ago and this guy was putting up a new stand of pictures that looked like they had water flowing through them (maybe a light effect) and also had sound (like birds chirping). Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this online, where it could be cheaper. I thought they looked pretty cool, but didn't know how long they would last. The cheapest ones were around $40.

My friend has one of these....when you do find one, make sure you are ready for some heavy duty wall hanging, they are pretty heavy.

that is where i saw one. i can see how theyre tacky, but the effects are pretty cool.
